Progressive 1200s = start at TEMPO pace, and cut down 5-6 seconds every rep until you are running SUB-5k pace

2-3 x 2 miles @ tempo pace

Women

1-3 x 1.5 miles @ tempo pace

Thursday 10/4 (Workout 2)

6-8 x 800m @ 6K Race Pace (90 sec Rest)

Men

8-10 x 800 @ 8K Race Pace (90 sec Rest)
