For all runs, the team meets in front of
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30am and 4:30pm
*On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons we go to
Franklin Field for track workouts, but we'll still meet at Pottruck first.*
Is practice mandatory?
No, but we hope you’ll find it so awesome that you want to come!
How strong of a runner do I need to be?
For recreational runners as well as competitive runners who do cross country and distance track, we feel that you’ll get the most out of running club if you can run at least 3 miles at a 10 minute mile pace, but there are no cuts, even for competitive team. For sprinters, feel free to email our Sprint Coordinator, Elizabeth Menne, with any questions.
